We do not ship gear internationally.

How do I know my order has been placed?
  • Confirmation: Watch your inbox for an email with your order details. It should land in minutes.
  • Tracking: You’ll get a second email once your gear clears the warehouse and hits the road.
How do I cancel or change my order?

We start processing your gear the second the order hits. If you need to swap something or cancel, contact Our Team at support@fieldgeneral.com immediately. We’ll do our best to catch it before it clears the bay.

RETURNS

What is the Return Policy?

If the gear isn't right, send it back. We accept returns on unused equipment in its original condition for up to 365 days after delivery. Get what you need and get back to work.

What are the return requirements?

Keep the gear in game-ready condition if you plan on sending it back. To qualify for a return, the following must be met:

  • Condition: Equipment must be unused and in the same state you received it.
  • Packaging: Items must remain in their original packaging.
  • The Window: You have 365 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return.
  • Verification: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
What items can't be returned?
  • Custom Gear: Anything personalized or built to your specs.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as clearance or final sale.
  • Used Equipment: Anything that’s been taken to the dirt or damaged.
How do I start a return?

Head to your Accounts page.

Enter your Order Number and Email.

Contact Our Team at support@fieldgeneral.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll get you a return authorization and the play-by-play on how to ship your gear back to the warehouse.

How do I make an exchange?

Need a different size or color? Email us at support@fieldgeneral.com. We’ll swap your gear and get the right fit back to you as fast as possible so you don't miss a start.

What if my gear arrived damaged?

If your gear arrives compromised, we’ll make it right. Email Our Team at support@fieldgeneral.com with photos of the damage. We will handle the return shipping and get a replacement or a full refund to you at no cost. You shouldn't have to pay for gear that isn't game-ready.
