Our Return Policy
At Field General, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused equipment in their original condition within 365 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be returned within 365 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used or damaged items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, access our returns portal using the button above. Have your order number handy, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
